Wood frames are painted black and the acrylic pane is positioned about 1/2" above the matted print itself. Mat boards are off white in color (Robert Cameron left instructions for me to follow in this regard) unless you instruct us to do otherwise. Light blue was used for the above sample to accommodate the blue sky. The acrylic pane blocks over 93% of any UV light that may be near the photograph.

The wood frame with an acrylic pane is exactly the same as the sample shown above except that there is no overlay matt board used. Overlay matts are common only up to sizes of 32" x 40." If you wish to request larger mat boards please inquire. Larger sized boards come in 40" x 60" but colors are limited. Please note that 1/8" thick acrylic is used for sized up to 30" x 40." 3/16" thick acrylic is used for larger sizes.
The Scroll Hanging Print
This hanging print is a UV ink print made onto a nylon weave material that is ready for hanging on your wall. It comes with an acrylic rod installed on the top and bottom with hanging wire and hardward. You simply need to hammer the hardward above where you want the print to hang. The print will not fade and it will give you pleasure for years to come.

Wood Box Frames are meant to be placed flush against the wall when hung. When viewing photographs from straight on, the edges of the box are not seen. Viewed from the side the 2" black painted wood is seen and the advantage is that the artwork inherently stands out. These box frames are sometimes referred to as "Museum Frames." For protection from the elements the photograph is laminated with a UV inhibiting laminate. This prevents moisture and dust from attaching itself to the artwork.
